All services provided by RW Copywriting are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced, printed, or shipped. Delivery takes place via Google Doc shared link, email attachment, or direct file transfer, depending on the delivery format specified in the project brief.
We support the following delivery formats:
Specify your preferred format in the project brief. If no format is specified, we default to Google Doc with edit access. Email sequences are delivered with both a formatted version and a plain text version by default.
Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date the project brief is confirmed in writing by both parties -- not from the payment date. Payment triggers the discovery and brief process; the delivery clock starts from confirmed brief.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays and any scheduled studio closures communicated at the time of booking.

If we anticipate a delay to the agreed delivery timeline, we will notify you via email with the earliest available revised timeline.
Revised versions of drafts are delivered within 5 business days of receiving consolidated written feedback. Feedback must be submitted as a single consolidated set of comments, not as sequential individual requests. Piecemeal feedback submissions may extend the revision timeline.
Final delivery takes place after all included revision rounds are complete or after you approve a version as final. We send a final delivery notification via email confirming that the engagement is complete and the files are available.
After final delivery, you have 7 days to report any issues with the delivered files (missing sections, formatting errors, corrupt files). Issues reported within this window are addressed at no additional cost. Issues reported after this window may be subject to additional fees.
All deliveries are sent to the email address used at checkout. If you need to update your delivery email address, notify us before the first draft is delivered at hello@rwcopywriting.com.
Consultation sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. A written summary of decisions, recommendations, and action items is delivered within 24 hours of each session to the email address on file.
