Everything people ask before, during, and after a project. If you have a question that is not here, email hello@rwcopywriting.com and we will answer it the same business day.
We work with businesses that sell services or complex products and need copy to explain, persuade, and convert. Most clients are in SaaS, professional services, e-commerce, or consulting. We do not specialize by industry -- we specialize by copy type and buying psychology.
After payment, we schedule a discovery session and send a brief template covering audience, offer, objections, tone, and specific deliverable requirements. The brief is confirmed in writing before any writing starts. This prevents mismatches and eliminates most revision rounds before they happen.
Essentials includes 2, Professional includes 3, and Premium includes unlimited revisions within 90 days of first draft. A revision round means consolidated written feedback implemented across the full piece.
Yours. Every project starts with a tone calibration step in the brief that covers examples of writing you like, specific language to avoid, and the personality your brand communicates. We write to fit the brand, not impose our style on it.
Rush delivery is available for Essentials-scope projects as an add-on. Rush projects require a completed brief within 24 hours of sending and skip the standard queue. Contact us before purchasing if you have a hard deadline.
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes because performance depends on your audience, your offer, how the copy is used, and dozens of other factors outside our control. What we can guarantee is copy that matches the brief, sounds like your brand, addresses your buyer's known objections, and is structured based on what works in your category. The Copy Performance Report add-on includes a review session after 60 days to analyze performance data together.
No. Every deliverable is written by a human copywriter. We use AI tools for research tasks -- summarizing customer reviews, finding market data, organizing notes -- but the actual writing, structure, and argument are done manually.
Yes. Monthly retainer arrangements cover ongoing email content, social copy, blog posts, or a mix. Retainer pricing depends on volume and type. Reach out via the contact page and we can put together a scope.
Default delivery is a Google Doc with edit access and annotated comments. We can also deliver in Word (.docx), PDF, or plain text on request. State your preference in the project brief and we will match it. Email sequences come with both formatted and plain text versions. All delivery is digital.
Rush delivery is available for Essentials-scope projects as an add-on. Rush means the project goes to the front of the queue, but it also requires you to return the completed project brief within 24 hours of receiving it. If you have a hard deadline, tell us before purchasing so we can confirm whether the timeline is achievable.
We run revision rounds until the copy matches the confirmed brief or until your included rounds are complete. If the copy materially departs from the confirmed brief, we fix it without counting a revision round. If you want changes that go beyond the brief, we discuss whether to update the brief or scope an additional round. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, which is available on the site.
Yes. Monthly retainer arrangements are available for businesses that need regular copy output -- ongoing email content, social batches, blog articles, or a combination. Retainer pricing depends on volume, type, and frequency. Contact us directly to discuss what an ongoing arrangement would look like.
We are based in Cincinnati, Ohio. We work with clients across the US and with international businesses that need English-language copy. All sessions are via video call so location is not a constraint. Pricing is in US dollars regardless of client location.
