Email is the most competed-for space in digital marketing, and most of what gets sent is not worth reading. The open rate is the audition. The subject line gets your email seen. The first sentence decides if the email gets read. The body copy decides if the link gets clicked. Every one of those is a separate writing problem.
Most email copy fails because it is written from the sender's perspective. It announces what the brand wants to say rather than what the reader needs to hear at that point in their relationship with you. A welcome sequence that leads with company history misses the moment. A sales email that opens with a product update misses the buyer's mindset. Timing and framing matter as much as word choice.
We write email sequences by mapping the subscriber's journey first. Where are they coming from? What did they just do? What do they know or believe at this point, and what do they need to believe before they will take the next action? The copy structure follows from those answers -- not from a template.
Our email work covers welcome and onboarding sequences, nurture series, promotional campaigns, re-engagement sequences, cart abandonment flows for e-commerce, and event-based trigger emails. We write subject lines in variants (A and B) for every email in a sequence, plus preview text.
We do not write email blasts. If you need someone to produce generic mass broadcast content on a weekly cadence, we are not the right fit. If you need sequences that work because they are relevant to where the reader is, that is what we do.
